Have been taking all our vehicles here for a good while. They are always extremely professional, technically proficient and very friendly. Courtesy shuttle is a game changer. Had a CEL issue quickly fixed and vehicle has passed inspection. Will continue to take our vehicles here. Thanks!

I've been using Harrell's for about a year and a half now, at first i was using a different location and kept having unresolved issues, and i felt they were not giving me the whole picture. I finally went to this location on owen dr and im blown away. the customer service is 5x better, they actually fully explain everything without being annoyed they have to, the turn around was extremely fast AND they fixed a problem ive been having for OVER A YEAR! I had mentioned said issue MANY times at said other location to be dismissed and sent away saying it was fine. This location had my car for less than 30 minutes and found everything i needed to know without all of the fluff inbetween. the manager Porshe, really knows how to run a location and treat people almost as if they were friends and family. Her front desk staff is incredible including ms. christine. My car has been running SO much better and they informed me of all of my warranty info that the other shop never fully explained at all. I had no idea some of the work i had done was under any warranty. THIS is a great representation of how companies should treat people that come in the doors. Again, I'm blown away by the miles of di

Went to Harrell’s for the first time today. This location was very clean and cozy. Service was also fast and very thorough! When my car was done, Porshe took her time to explain to me in simple terms what the technicians found while looking at my car. She was knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly patient. It’s so hard to find such exceptional customer service these days! I highly recommend and will definitely be back for my future car needs!
